LeVent Condominiums | Aruba
LeVent Condominiums is a luxurious residential complex situated on the stunning island of Aruba, just steps away from the world-renowned Eagle Beach. Designed to offer its residents the essence of a permanent vacation, LeVent combines elegant living with the serene beauty of the Caribbean.
The complex consists of 45 beautifully crafted condominium units, along with five separate, two-story townhomes. Each unit is available in two- and three-bedroom configurations, providing ample living space. The residences are equipped with European designer-inspired kitchens and feature high-end stainless steel appliances, ensuring a blend of style and functionality that meets the highest standards of modern living.

CourtYard Marriott Mississauga
Hotel & Conference Centre
The Courtyard Marriott Mississauga at 292 Derry Road West stands as a testament to innovative design and construction excellence in the hospitality sector. This project involved the design of prefinished EIFS wall panels and other facade element to accommodate Marriott’s new brand image. This was our first attempt of combining curtainwall type facade with prefinished panelized assemblies that make the fin walls, as well as, curved roof parapets.

Sheridan College | Magna Skilled Trades Centre
At the Sheridan College Magna Skilled Trades Centre, our team provided critical services to enhance the interior aesthetics and functionality of the college’s atrium, a central gathering space for students and faculty. This project required a blend of precision scanning technology and custom design work to deliver a unique solution that aligned with the architectural vision of the space. Our role involved performing a detailed 3D scan and analysis of the as-built interior atrium, capturing precise measurements and existing conditions to ensure seamless integration of new design elements. Using this data, we designed, fabricated and installed custom metal panels that seamlessly complemented the architectural features of the atrium. These panels incorporated discrete LED lighting, creating a dynamic and modern ambiance while maintaining the integrity of the space’s original design.

Our team was integral to the construction of this new build, focusing on delivering a sophisticated exterior design that aligns with the warm and inviting atmosphere of the residence while ensuring durability and long-term performance.
